The Founder

I’ve had a successful corporate career delivering great HR in retail, professional services and technology organisations and at some points during this journey I saw how difficult it can be for managers and leaders to find the time, and sometimes the expertise, to deliver impactful HR practices.

Believing the people in every organisation deserve energising people practices that promote health, wellbeing and productive work led me to create PeopleWise Solutions. I’m excited to support business owners and founders with the same vision.

I hold an MSc in Management Development and Organisational Change from the University of Bristol, am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a TCM Accredited Investigator. I consider myself to be a people-centric, data driven, creative problem-solver and love nothing more than positively impacting culture and business outcomes.
